At Montvelma, operated by Eduardo Pinho Digital LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@montvelma.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@montvelma.shop.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@montvelma.shop.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or washed
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Eduardo Pinho Digital LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
